Where are my earbuds? Ordered 26th July, 2026 for delivery 27th July. Five phonecalls and seven days later I still do not have the product. Attentive and polite customer service, but despite reassurances, nothing happens. A week later and more than £200 lighter! I give up!!!! Order number UK260726-55890698
