Warning Banggood doesnt refund at delivery problems
Warning: Banggood doesn't initially refund shipping costs in case of delivery company sorting errors! After receiving various orders perfectly fine, I placed an order for a product. However after a long wait (due to backorder issues which is fine) the shipment was returned to Banggood socalled due to a wrong address. But my address was 100% correct, which is confirmed by Banggoods own website (order page) and the PostNL tracking app. Banggood initially didn't want to refund the shipping costs even though their delivery company made an error. How rude is that? They don't want to comply with European consumer laws. A companies reliability is formed by it's problem solving capabilities, which in Banggoods case lacks legal compliance.
