Ruined in the post because of packaging
I've bought a lot of woodworking tools from them and pushed their app onto students I teach woodwork to. But it's becoming a thing, once a year you get a dud. This time it was negligent packaging which led to a bent and twisted item showing up. I'm sick of reading reviews that describe how good the packaging is. This time it sucked and it wasn't just me. Returns policy is not what they claim. No instant refund. Last time I emailed for a few weeks before I got a partial refund, this time I got the partial refund quicker. The product in decent condition is all I wanted.
