Discount codes never work
Items supplied are generally of good quality and would use them again, but their offer of a discount code (over $20) when you have left items in the basket and not purchased them, has never worked for me. They also never responded to emails questioning this. I would therefore conclude that customer support is not something this company is good at, so I would not buy anything expensive from them.
