Prepare for the waiting game.
After placing my order, I was contacted, and upon request they confirmed that the phone will take 5-7 days to arrive. I was happy about that, because even though I paid extra for express handling and shipping, the delivery time was supposed to be 7-10 days. But now they said 5-7 days in an e-mail to me - great! 6 days later, I still have no tracking number. I write them again to ask what's going on. They confirm that it isn't shipped yet. They are waiting to process it in their EU warehouse, which will be in 2 days. Then they will give me a tracking number. After that, I will get the phone after 3-5 days. 3 days later, still no tracking number. It's been 11 days since my order of a phone that should be "in stock" in their EU warehouse. I paid for express handling and shipping. But it still didn't even ship yet. Don't trust any timelines by this company. I'm sure I'd eventually receive the phone, but I've cancelled my order now. I don't want to give my money to such a company.
