Bad buying experience, but decent product
Ordering. Very bad experience. I ordered an NIU KQi 300P, but after 12 days without updates on the shipment I cancelled my order. I asked them about the status, but never got any real answer, just useless apologies. I hope (after reading more reviews) that my refund wont take forever either. Eventually the product was shipped. The product. My son drives the scooter with a lot of joy. It's tough enough to handle the wheelies my 14 year old likes to make. The battery however never reaches the promissed 50km.
