Bought an Arc XL and it has never stayed lit properly. Sometimes it will stay lit for 30 seconds then turn off with a click. Sometimes a few minutes then click off again. Support has been slow and painful. A Google tells me that this is not fixable by me and yet I am still waiting for someone to come back to me after having to video everything. For this much money I would really expect something that works. It's has done this ever since I had it so for the customer service person to suggest that perhaps the flame thing is covered by soot etc is utter nonsense. Update: Unsurprising that they can't find me despite me having a warranty claim open with them. Customer support is almost non existent. Don't answer the phone and you have to wait 3-4 days for a nonsensical response via email, which is the only way to get support it seems. Absolutely infuriating
