Improved support - top notch
Up until now, the support has been lacking, and this comes from a customer who have used their products since they where Mac only. But now, i must say, they have become top notch on their online support. I bought a wrong upgrade package due to confusing price model(s) and mudled upgrade paths - but the supporter fixed my account so i kept the correct upgrade and fixed a refund for the wrong buy. Thank you for that.
