Great afterservice support
After an electrical blackout, my printer stoped working. After contacting QIDI support, they suggested some steps and they realised the motherboard was to blame. Without any hesitation, they send a new motherboard with instruction how to change it. After that, my printer is happily working again. Thank you QIDI, thank you Eleanor.
