Horrible service and bad quality
Horrible, please avoid ordering with them, There is no way to be able to return an item and get a refund, the App, and website don’t even have a phone number or email address!!!! If the product has been received within the last 7 days and is in our returnable category, it is new with a tag and original packaging according to our return policies, you can return it to our warehouse in China. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Returns can take 20-30 days. We can send a full product price refund or exchange it for another size or another item. If you return for exchange please check the size chart and tell us which item and size to exchange it for. We will send the replacement once we receive your package and cover the cost of reshipping. However, in our experience, the return shipping cost can be the same or half the price of your package, even using the cheapest tracking service in the Post. So returning to China may not be the cheapest option. Instead, we suggest keeping the item or giving it to a friend/family member. We would like to offer you the following offers which may be more advantageous and practical than a return: 1) Keep the item and receive a reward of 50% of the value of the product. 2) Keep the item with a refund of 30% of the value of the product.
