Super quick resolution
I contacted Growatt as I had a BMS error on one of my battery modules via email on Monday. On Tuesday morning I had a WhatsApp message asking if I could video call which I did later that day. They agreed to send an engineer in a week or so. At 8:30pm on Tuesday Growatt asked if I would be on on Wednesday afternoon. He ( Jianye pu) arrived on time and had a new circuit board installed and battery fixed in 20mins Cannot thank them enough. 10/10
