I would give 0 but can’t. I placed a large expensive order but one item was ordered incorrectly so I instantly messaged them and they said it would be sorted but then received another email saying it had already been packed (but not despatched) so they said to return it when it arrived. Tried returning it and they said I can’t! There reasoning is try it as I may like it anyway!!!!!!! Now stuck with an £80 item that is useless!!! I will be avoiding this company at all costs. Such a shame as I have used them before and the quality of the htv was good just their customer service is appalling!
