Poor quality orthopaedic shoes buyer beware
Again you have not sent the return address. You have not sent a return address in an email and secondly it is suppose to be free returns please ensure it is. Your making it as difficult as possible. Thank you Andrea Received the rest of my order with a pair on NOT leather boots and sandals. There is a crease in the the back of the heal in the boots which would damage the skin of my foot. Neither shoe is true to European size, they are not orthopaedic shoes. This has been a complete waste of money and time. My understanding is that if I were to return them in there shabby plastic bags I would pay more in Chinese tax than receive in a refund.
ordered brown orthopaedic sandals for…
ordered brown orthopaedic sandals for summer walks a size bigger 41. They are suppose to be leather but do not smell like they are leather and the Velcro fastenings barely touch, complete waste of 20 quid I am dreading receiving the other shoes! I don't think I can return these due to the cost of China's taxes. Took ages to deliver and still have not received the other 2 pairs of shoes.
