Zero stars would be too many
Like so many others I unwittingly fell victim to this companies illegal practices. I visited their site via an email. I clicked on a couple of items to see if they were worth buying. The next thing I knew I had ordered 8 foot pads and 4 teas. I did not sign into any account. There was no basket to view and confirm or delete the order; and I certainly did not authorize a payment of £111 from my credit card. They had kept my card details without my permission from a previous order 3 years ago. They then pretended the items had been dispatched within minutes of the order being placed so that I couldn't cancel the order. They promptly sent generic replies to emails, but are stubborn, completely inflexible and unapologetic. Upon receipt of the goods I didn't order, I returned them at a cost of £33. They stipulated expensive tracked postage to the USA, but refused to refund the cost. I did eventually get my money back for the goods, but it was a scam I could well have done without. This company are crooks. They charge you and send you goods you didn't order in the hope you are put off by the return postage costs; and of course they use your credit card illegally. Please do not use this company or even go on their website. Hopefully they will go bust or get shut down. Further to your quick response to my review, you clearly want to sound like a caring company who are willing and able to resolve problems for the benefit of your customers and for your reputation!! This being the case, if you refund the postage of £33.85 I will overlook the stress and inconvenience you have caused me and delete this review. Well I gave Bandoo the chance to redeem themselves, but they just continue to send the same disingenuous emails over and over again. They stubbornly refuse to make an exception and refund my return postage for the order I never placed. Clearly, making money by fraudulent means is more important to them than protecting their reputation, so my negative review stays on Trustpilot.
