Problem with JJsHOUSE resolved
The review I placed below has to a great degree been resolved with return of all shipping costs by JJsHouse. It remains though that the shipping times by JJsHouse are far from optimum and have room for improvement. Definitely the internal delay by JJsHouse themselves before shipping an item that is on the shelf is no longer acceptable .. most companies ship the same day .. not a week or more later. Also the shipping information by UPS is not very good - updated very late .. this is not JJsHouse problem. The shoes themselves were of accepable quality related to the price payed, so apart from the long delivery time we are not too disappointed. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Previous Review ----------------------- I payed for the 2-6 day shipping. THIS IS A SCAM. Firstly they take a week or two just to PROCESS the order for shoes that are in stock. Then 5 days after the SUPPOSED shipping by JJsHouse, UPS in Hong Kong still haven't received the parcel from JJsHouse. 2-6 days will probably end up as a MONTH or MORE !!!!!!! If you ask for a refund of the higher shipping costs you payed for fast delivery which they didn't deliver, they just offer a COUPON to buy again at their store. I will report this to my Credit Card company and claim from them... hopefully they will put JJsHouse on a BLACK LIST and block payments by others. **** I still haven't received the shoes. UPS till haven't received them **** Trustpilot reviews look very much like a CON, most written by JJsHouse themselves. If you look at Trustpilot reviews, nearly all the GOOD reviews are by 'buyers' with just ONE review - JJsHouse's review writing staff. Most buyers who've given MULTIPLE reviews .. REAL buyers !! give JJsHouse a VERY BAD review.
