no product received
Regretfully, I never got the ordered item. Track and trace still says my item will arrive 'a bit late', 8 months down the road. No response to my complaint. Update (April 19). That was a month ago. Still: nothing. Asked for refund because I no longer need the product I ordered 9 months ago. Silence.....
