May 4, 2026 reordered GTMEDIA V8 finder2. Order number 11654860 May 14. Information from Banggood that there are delivery problems. June 13 Delivery problem again. June 20 Banggood cancels. Writes that the order is Canceled and the amount will be refunded. Have spoken to their support, and they will look into it. That didn't help either. Only poor excuses. See several times that it is advertised again for the same product. Support states that it is only for new sales, and not for what I ordered. I think it is very bad of Banggood to behave in this way.
