Con merchants.
The jumper I ordered via Google appeared to be knitted - Scandinavian style. It was made of cheap fabric and the design was printed on. No label or washing instructions. I contacted Wrenoin to return it. They asked for photos of the jumper, which I thought was odd. I sent the photos. They then said it will take a long time to test it and I must chase this up. They are con merchants probably from China. I doubt I will be refunded. Do not buy anything from them. They should not be on Trustpilot!
