purchased tripod which doubled as a mono pod to find piece was missing when delivered was told there was no piece missing and was referred to a YouTube video. After many emails which was over a month include a link i sent showing there ad show the missing part they still insisted I was incorrect so I sent photos of the tripod to find there was a missing part, the whole reason for the purchase as I was going on trip and this tripod was a good solution, by the time the item as delivered I was on my trip and had to buy a separate monopod. very poor customer service indeed.
