Very Poor service
-They sent the items very fast thats good but high charge for DHL -if you have question, you will get answer quit too..thats good but -if you have reclamation about Poor quality or default then forget it, nobody will help you. this is very bad behavior in this company espacially if you are a good costumer ( like me I have orders more than 22.000 USD ) in this TVC Company and when I claim about some items have default then nobody is interested).....never again. by the way I will inform the bussiness-department in my Country about that. I am Aljezan-Trade from Germany
