Solar system Battery not charging
We had our Evergreen solar system installed one and a half years ago. I noticed our battery in the system was not charging. After contacting Evergreen and few online investigation and photos of the battery etc. sent to them nothing corrected the fault. After a month they sent Owen Gao from Growatt to sort the problem. He quickly identified the problem and confirmed that the battery is ok but the inverter is the one faulty. Since he had to order a new inverter it took 1 more week and Owen returned with the new inverter and fixed it. Now everything is working properly again. Owen is a polite, friendly and a knowledgeable engineer and I recommend him to any one. Thanks to him and Growatt, now the system is full operational. 🙏🏼
