Difficult cancellation process that seems intentional
I signed up for Alan Health online and later attempted to cancel my subscription.
Alan Health emailed me stating that account updates could be made through the portal until a specific date (January 24). Relying on that message, I logged into the member dashboard to cancel, but no cancellation option was available. Signup was completed entirely online, but cancellation could not be completed online.
I contacted support before the stated deadline to cancel anyway. Despite that timely request, a renewal charge was processed.
The renewal notices were sent from a no-reply email address, which made it harder to resolve the issue directly from the billing communication.
My concern is not about the service itself, but about subscription practices. Cancellation was not as easy as signup, and billing proceeded despite a timely cancellation attempt within the window described in their own emails.
Prospective customers should carefully review the cancellation process and not assume that changes referenced in reminder emails can actually be completed through the portal.

They charged my credit card and disappeared
Nu Image was great for onboarding and the first month. I received my prescription and was happy. I even referred a couple of friends to them based on how impressed I was.
Unfortunately it’s been all downhill from there.
I have not received a refill for enclomiphene and I’ve run out of the medication.
Nu image told me that they don’t know when the pharmacy will be shipping it. Isn’t that great?
But that didn’t stop them from charging my credit card 8 days ago.
Now I’m out $175 and I’m also left with no medicine and no information on when it will be shipped.
Their business model is beginning to seem like a credit card automatic rebilling scam where they charge the card and send nothing for it.
Very similar to Maximus Tribe which is another enclomiphene provider that did exactly the same thing. (Charge the card and send nothing).
These companies seem to only work with small unknown pharmacies that can’t handle the order volume.
And when you ask for help they just blame the pharmacy.
They are literally messing with people’s hormones here, and yet they don’t seem to care.
