Excellent customer service
I ordered a medium sized T-shirt from TalkPeng. It arrived well on time and the quality was good. However it was slightly larger than I needed so emailed them for a free exchange to small. They responded within a few hours saying this was not a problem and will send a small out immediately. They also said to keep the medium and perhaps pass on to a friend. This is great customer service and a gesture that will mean I will order from them again. Good prices, quality merchandise and excellent customer service….. what’s not to like about that, especially in today’s world with some very dodgy online shopping vendors!
