Avoid like the plague!
I fell for it again. I went back to try and order the same stairs for my pets going that by now whatever issue they were experiencing before may have been sorted and I would get the item. But once again after almost a month from ordering and a chaser for an update which was ignored, I am not exactly where to mess last time: out £80, the order nowhere in sight and being informed by ‘customer services’. This time is on me, I should not have tried again. Same advice as before AVOID THIS SITE LIKE THE PLAGUE!
