Communication and delivery time needs improvement
I ordered a personalised witch cup on 30 Sep and received it on 21 Oct. The cup is nice, doesn’t look cheap. I had emailed them as I had received a confirmation but the tracking link just kept saying‘order on its way’. I didn’t get a response but the cup did arrive eventually. Could be a better site if they improved their communication.
