My electric bike has arrived six days after placing the order and was in very good order. The assembly of it I managed OK because I've experience in such items, certainly not because of the user manual which is not very helpful at all. The bike, so far seems to be a very good product and good value for money, It would help however if the plug on the charger was a UK plug and not a European one, I had to go and purchase an adaptor.As mentioned above the user manual is not very helpful and you'll need to seek help and instructions online, no list of dealers in case something goes wrong during the warranty period etcc..the product however seems of good quality and if the rest improves it would be ace
