Zero customer service or empathy, avoid!
"It's all about the money, money, money" - those song lyrics apply to this company, they do not care about customer service. An accidental few clicks in the app by my daughter and I got signed up to a membership I didn't want. No refund, just excuses why they can't refund. It's not about the amount, as frankly it isn't a huge amount. It's about the severe lack of customer service or empathy. Highly recommend you go to Lazada or other platform.
