A gem of a company, beautiful wigs!
I spent quite a bit of time looking through the Jessies Wig website until I found one I liked the look of, I came across one and used the easy to use website to navigate through to the checkout and buy the beautiful wig! I then decided to message customer service to see if the wig could be lightened up, I had a very friendly back and forth email exchange with someone from Jessies Wigs, who were amazing, very helpful and ultimately helped me to create the wig with the colour I truly wanted! They were polite and friendly, knowledgeable and attentive! I received my new wig not too long after I ordered it and I felt like a child at Christmas, it was exactly what I wanted and the quality of the hair is beautifully soft, initially there was a little shedding but that stopped after a few brushes through! I would definitely suggest this company after the amazing experience I had from start to finish!!!
