Good product, but after sales support is non existent. Sent four emails over the past three months asking where i can buy replacement velcro pads for back of head. They just ignore my requests. Id suggest buying from another supplier. If you have more serious issues, I'm not confident that they will help.
So I hate to be the person that starts to tarnish a company that seem to have very good reviews. But I can’t say how disappointed I am. Thought I’d venture into the world of CAM drones recently. Got my family to get me a neo 2 after reading very good reviews. I have to say, this must be one of the poorest launches I’ve ever seen. Trying to purchase the accessories I want to get the controller which I could use when I upgraded the drone for a different model in the future. And lying to me, you actually need the receiver for the drone… but…. It is IMPOSSIBLE to purchase the neo two receiver. DJI said it won’t be in stock for three weeks?? What’s an awful Christmas launch? I’m going to be returning it as soon as I get it for christmas Trust pilot always trying to remove reviews. And DJIin mad scramble with lots of confusing replies to get review removed.
