We ordered 2 different duvets and very unhappy with quality
We ordered 2 fun designs as so hard to get variety on super king bedding. Material wasn't as expected, felt a bit cheap, but we loved the design so were happy. However after only 4-5 washes the corner ripped near the zip as trying to unfasten, then next time (despite my being ever so careful) the zip completely came apart in my hand!! Our old duvet lasted 2 years!! so definitely didn't expect this to happen so soon. The worst part of our experience is that despite several emails to customers support and messaging via their online website no-one has bothered to even reply to my messages. I will be taking this further with citizens advice, as the duvet covers are not cheap.
