My merchant account was terminated today after 7 years.
Hey there, today morning i woke up with a mail stating our merchant account is disabled due to the high risk i think? I've been using them for 7 years at this point, they were amazing, payment went through properly, easy to use for my clients, everything was a dream, no disputes, no chargebacks, i have a perfect record, at some point i become very ill, i was diagnosed with GBS and im paralyzed for the last 2 -3 years, my income is my service i provide to my amazing clients who still with us since 2016/2017. Now my business, my bread and my ability to work was taken away from me, no hard feelings towards FastSpring! They were amazing throughout the way! Super supportive, helpful, their technology is super user friendly, and my clients loved it PS, prior that mail i was threatened regarding my website, after an attempt to buy it from me, the person weren't happy that i declined the offer, than i received another message from the same person, that he will make my life miserable, 2 days later i get an email regarding termination. I have a Terminal / SIP, and other payment methods i offer my clients, locally we accept swift transfers, paypal alternatives, invoices, but FastSpring was our clients favorite, no matter what people say, FastSpring is still in my opinion the best one on the market, I'm just disappointed, since everything i do is done through love and i care about my clients and i provide authentic services that shouldn't be considered bad or against tos, Search Engine Optimization, Social Signals, Campaign Building, everything to start up small creators, merchants, local food restaurants, etc. I wish someone could review my case again, and im happy to let you come see how i operate and prove that im not doing anything that goes against any norms, since 2012 doing that, at 2019 it was the moment I've decided to look for more options and im glad i Tackled upon FastSpring, Thank you for almost 7 Years of service i truly appreciate that ❤️
