I wish I had read these before ordering. This is a scam. The company is presented as British, but it isn't, it is Chinese. The bikes are defective, and I have had to replace a plug socket after the plug snapped on first charge. Chat function is ignored and email addresses don't work. Fortunately I payed by credit card so will claim off them. As usual, no UK legal support
