Banggood have incredibly bad customer service... I have used AliExpress for years and for the first time would try using Banggood. that is also now the last time... Bought an rc car, the battery was dead on arrival, but there is no one answering the request for a new battery. Ali would have replied in a few hours and send a new battery. Request send 20/4 but still haven't heard anything at 2/5.
