SCAMMERS!
I have very bad experiences with them. In June, they sent me a wrong parcel which is supposed to be sent to another lady in Russia. I emailed them regarding this and they insisted that i ordered them. After a few days, someone from the company called and say that they actually made a mistake and they hope i can assist them to resend the parcel to the rightful owner in Russia. They promised to pay the third party charges. With integrity in mind, I actually help them to resent the whole parcel to Russia. But up until August, they still did not pay for the delivery charges, and now the charges have to be paid by me. I asked them why i have to pay for it when i m the innocent party, and they say they cant pay cause the invoice has no official stamp, and I have no idea what they mean by that, so they refuse to pay up. The total delivery charge is SGD800+.
