Would like to give zero stars frankly PayPal Consumer Protection is 'designed to safeguard buyers' when purchasing online' Frankly this is a joke. Case opened after an unfortunate incident with a scam website. Five weeks on and all Paypal say is case is 'under review', then extending the deadline by five days until it expires and they extend it again. I used to trust Paypal but clearly they no longer offer any kind of assistance
