A joke
Tried to purchase a game, payment went through in seconds, but the order was marked as "Detected fraud". Not a funny moment. After an overwhelming and ridiculous verification process (Passport photo plus an electricity bill) and a few hours, the order was put on hold. Tried opening a ticket but it was closed down. Contacted the alleged CEO (in the UK despite the company office is in Singapore), and he told me it would be sorted as soon as possible. Day goes by, I wake up, no key. I contact them again. No reply. 23.50 minutes after the order is placed, and respecting their 24h policy to the letter, a refund is done to my PayPal account, all tickets are closed, order cancelled, no communication whatsoever. Really, stay away from these guys.
