MOST HORRIBLES BUYING EXPERIENCES EVER PLEASE CONTACT ME IF YOU HAD ISSUES AS WELL had so many issues I don't know where to start.... I bought a bag Chanel for 4000$ with a trade it was listed as "GREAT" condition and it arrived smelly like mold and the leather dry wrinkly like if it was wet so I was furious and I had to RETUN it and it was a struggle I had to wait for a fed ex label and then wait 3 weeks for a refund and I was charge 100$ retuning fee because I am not a REBAG member !! Then since I payed with a trade they refused to give me the money of the trade and instead blocked the money in my wallet as a credit So basically forcing me to use it at REBAG !! was furious and asked to get my trade bags back and they refused. Also I sold a bag with them and I tried to cash the money about 20 times and the customer service tells me "we have a problem in the system sorry it doesn't work try tomorrow " ...... I tried every days and it doesn't work again they force me to use the money on their website !! Since I can cash it on my bank account I believe they don't even have cash money this is why they pretend to have system issues … !! Also I bought another CHANEL bag it was by fed ex delivered at the wrong adress it was signed by the agent of the front desk on the building next door who wasn’t even at work on that day and REBAG has refused to open a claim to Fed ex so I have lost 5000$ ! I have no bag and no refund they told me they won't do anything because I didn't payed for the buyer protection The customer service is terrible they don't care they email excuses and never help Meanwhile it's impossible to reach them by phone... No one ever pick up the phone at customer service … And Last but not least !!!…. REBAG shipped me a Chanel bag weight 3lbs and I retuned it by fed ex with the label they provided me it was then weight 2,8 lbs it was a Chanel gold plated vintage bag 4000$ and then when REBAG received the box they emailed me telling me I sent them back a pair of shoes to them and not the bag … It is Impossible since the box with the shoes weight 1 pounds!!! they retuned me the shoes Telling me it's not their responsability if fed ex stole what was inside the box and replaced them by the shoes Also REBAG refuse to show me cameras footage of their receiving center ,,,to see exactly what was in the box when they received it !!!,,, weird ?! Now I lost 9000$ of items that got delivered to the wrong building and stolen by fed ex REBAG refuse to take any responsability for I am now doing a police report to file a claim with my bank Also after my online review REBAG has blocked my app and has deleted all the emails chain … even my SA in brickell tried to find them as well and she can’t on her computer …. They vanished so I can’t used them to open my Amex claim !!
