Gave my ring up - it's not worth it.
Gave my ring up. You pay a premium upfront and then get forced into a subscription to use the thing you paid for - which was already known but didn't sit right and if you don't have a subscription, the metrics are worthless. The actual accuracy is not great, this would constantly misreport movement as something else (understandable maybe as it's only a ring) and just became a nuisance that got in the way rather than supplemented my existing tracking. Build quality was fine and sturdy but easily scratched. I wouldn't bother, I'm glad I could return within the month's trial without extra charges. Purchased Oura Ring 4 in Stealth colour.
