⚠️ Disappointed with Firm Apps – No Response to Return Request I placed an order with Firm Apps on June 9th (Order FABS1202DF232493sa) and received three workout sets. I wanted to return two of them and have sent multiple emails requesting the return address — but I haven’t received any reply. Under EU consumer law, customers have the right to return items within 14 days, and the company is obligated to provide return instructions. So far, Firm Apps has completely ignored my messages. I’m really disappointed with this lack of service and hope they will still respond. Based on other reviews, I’m clearly not the only customer experiencing this issue.
