I ordered from yourselves for the first time a few weeks ago as your outfits are very nice , unfortunately they did not fit I am still waiting for a refund , your warehouse received the items that did not fit on the 16th May and today it is the 21st May ! I have followed all your procedures and no one has been in contact since , I need my refund ASAP as I am trying to purchasing a wedding dress and my wedding is the 19th June , I expected better service, Natasha UK
