This software downloaded viruses onto my laptop
I downloaded their software because I really wanted to be able to retrieve photos from an old iphone (of which I forgot the passcode). After downloading the software I got messages that something went wrong. I then immediately ran a trendmicro housecall online scan and 6 threaths were found, amongst other a trojan horse. So I would not recommend anyone to download their software (Chinese origin).
