I placed an order with Cakes and Bakes for my son's 2nd birthday — and what I received was shocking. The cake was burnt, bitter, and absolutely unservable. It looked nothing like what was advertised and was completely unfit for a celebration. We had to throw it away and scramble last minute in front of guests — it was embarrassing and upsetting. This business happily took my money and delivered something that should never have left their kitchen. No response, no accountability, no refund. It feels like this company is just out to take your money and disappear. Avoid at all costs.
