As a regular very satisfied customer at Aspinal, it is with a heavy heart that I feel it’s necessary to write this review. I purchased a gift for my friend’s birthday on the 16th of July and still it hasn’t arrived. Customer service, although polite, are sporadic with very little interaction or help offered. I’m so frustrated as Aspinal was always my “Go to” for beautiful gifts, but all of this has left a really bad taste in my mouth! UPDATE: Thank you to Nicolle for contacting me and resolving my issue so quickly and efficiently, I am delighted to now have my friends gift which I know she will love! You have now restored my faith in your company and I will shop again in the future with confidence… thank you 💜
