Support that does not support...
While I see those many positive reviews, my experience with OKS is not positive at all. I purchased a Season Pass for Assassin's Creed III but I could not download the first DLC. According to Ubisoft OKS is not an official resseler and the key provided is not official. The emploee that was in charge for my case did not know how to solve my problem and did not answer my question on how to ask for a refund. Finally I got a refund through PayPal. Maybe it was just one incident but I am not buying again from OKS.
