DONT TRUST to money-back guarantee, UPDATED!
I purchased a service from them to recover only one file on my MAC. SSD, and did not work, in the website clearly mentioned is possible to recover and even they have 30-day money-back guarantee!!!! (which is not true) I asked for a refund they replied ("Please understand that SSD wipes deleted files directly. However, it causes permanent damages to the lost data) they refuse to refund and offer me a lifetime licence why do I need a product that doesn't work! also, they said we have a trial version for the test you should test it before purchase, I did but the Free trial shows the possibility of recovering files and all locked behind subscriptions due to that I purchased it. ticket #880420 UPDATED!====================================== We contacted by support centre and we received our refund.
