It's a scam.
It's a scam.. to get money. In responce, you should tell them in advance that if you want to see the test results, you have to pay and take out a subscription. It is scamming to make you pay.

There rates with the atm's at the airport are insane, there answer.. check with your local bank.. i know what my bank ask for fees.. but ontop of that your rates are 30% higher.
