Faulty drill guide no response
I bought a drill guide. When it arrived the central bolt that holds the chuck on would not engage so the chuck could not be secured to the machine. I contacted Banggood asking for a repair or replacement. I sent them photos and a video as requested to show the problem, and they still have not done anything. A week has passed, and nothing. Faulty goods should be replaced or refunded immediately. There should be no long waiting periods.I have now requested a return and refund as they are not doing anything. I will wait and see what happens. Very poor service.
