Great customer service communication and super fast dispatch. I thought the engraving might cause a delay but ordered on a Monday and received the watch on a Wednesday in Hong Kong, Quality and finish of the watch, straps and box etc were all excellent. I can say enough good things about this company, everything blew me away.
