Best backpack and best warranty ever.
I first bought by PRVKE 31L 8 years ago, it's by far the best backpack I have ever owned. I use it every. single. day. …and when the main zipper failed after 6 years, the customer service was simply outstanding: the damage was deemed too serious to repair and I was immediately offered a new bag, free of charge. Just like that. The only complaint I may have is that I would have preferred a repair as it's by far the most environmentally friendly option.
