Be careful+
Along with various other people,I paid 90p for a week's use of this service and had £39.99 monthly subscription taken from my account a week later with no warning for a service for which I have no use.An email to them asking for a refund was replied to with an invoice for 90p.I tried emailing again multiple times,including today,and the emails fail to send and everything is fine from my end so I assume they have blocked me.Last week I filled in their online form and asked for a refund,pointing out that I cannot afford £39.99 for something I don't want and won't use and which has caused me financial hardship-to date,I have had no response.I shall give them a couple more days and then shall raise a case with my bank
